The United States Department of Labor has selected NIMS to be the industry intermediary to support the expansion of registered apprenticeships within manufacturing. Apprenticeships provide a model for companies and schools to develop a talent pipeline.

“A registered apprenticeship is a proven work-and-learn model that has a long history of preparing manufacturing workers for success” – Greg Chambers
